Correction log

An appended-only, dated revision history attached to every Holding claim whose status moves to Partial or Not holding. Entries explain what changed and why. Original claim text remains visible.

The log is the receipt for every status change. It mutates one direction only — entries are added, never edited, never removed. Together with the immutable claim text, it gives readers an auditable trail from original assertion through every revision to the current verdict.
