Quarterly Claim Review Bulletin
Also known as: claim review bulletin, QCRB, Agent Mode AI bulletin
Once per quarter, Agent Mode AI publishes a public review of every claim it has made, with verdict before/after, named primary-source movement, and aggregate verdict-change rate across the corpus. The bulletin runs on a fixed quarterly cadence (end of Apr, Jul, Oct, Jan); the rhythm is the editorial discipline the niche has been missing.
The bulletin exists because the verification gap in enterprise-AI procurement is downstream of citation chains where nobody marks their own claims wrong in public. Quarterly cadence is short enough to catch verdict drift before claims compound into business-decision input, long enough that the verdict has been tested rather than re-stated. The Q2 2026 bulletin was the first; subsequent bulletins test whether the cadence itself holds — claim AM-115 is the recursive entry that asserts the bulletin will ship quarterly.
